Warranty Options up to 6 Years, Exclusive to buyers of the official OzonosStore®

All our Ozonos® air purifiers come with a standard 2-year manufacturer’s warranty, covering the material’s condition and craftsmanship. In addition, OzonosStore® offers the exclusive option to extend this warranty by 3 extra years, on top of the standard manufacturer’s warranty.

We care about our products and do our best to deliver them to you in top condition. However, if a product arrives damaged or if any other issue occurs, you may be entitled to a warranty claim. Under law, you are required to notify us of the defect within 2 months of discovering the issue. If the defect is covered under the warranty, we will repair or replace the product free of charge.

Please review the following terms and conditions before making a purchase and submitting a warranty claim:

• The invoice serves as your proof of warranty.
• Warranty claims are void if the defect results from improper use, normal wear and tear, or if unauthorized modifications or repairs have been made to the device.
• For warranty claims on Ozonos® products purchased through our OzonosStore®, you can contact us preferably via email at info@OzonosStore.com, through our contact form, or by phone.
• The UV-C lamp is excluded from the warranty. Its expected lifespan is 8,000 operational hours.
• The display may detach from the housing due to grease-bound aerosols (e.g., in kitchens). This is not covered by the warranty. Over time, the polarizing film on the display may become visible due to wear (usage, cleaning), which is a natural sign of wear and is not covered by the warranty. The soft polarizing film is sensitive to sharp objects, which may negatively affect functionality. Additionally, mechanical shocks may result in “zebra stripes,” cracked display lines, defective backlighting, or uneven color display. These are not covered by the warranty.

• You also have the option to purchase an extended 3-year warranty. This additional warranty is not available anywhere else! and is only offered when the device is purchased simultaneously at www.OzonosStore.com. Accessories, parts, and related items are excluded. The terms and conditions of this extended warranty are identical to the manufacturer’s warranty and, after the first 2 years, are covered by our extensive service and responsibility at OzonosStore.com®.
