At OzonosStore®, we strive to deliver your product as quickly as possible. As you are purchasing from the official Ozonos® dealer, we ship directly from the factory warehouse or our import warehouse in the Netherlands, depending on the delivery country.

We ship throughout the European Union. Worldwide shipping is available upon request and consultation and you will automatically receive a Track & Trace code.

The delivery time within the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Germany, Denmark, and Austria is approximately 3 to 5 working days. For the UK, Norway, Sweden, the United Arab Emirates, and Dubai, this may take a few additional days due to potential delays for non-EU countries, caused by the extra required customs documentation and local carriers.

In some cases, a product may be out of stock or on backorder. This will be indicated on the website. Should there be any issues with your order, we will of course contact you.

Free Shipping 

Shipping costs within Europe are covered by the official OzonosStore® for orders over €150.

If the order amount is lower than this minimum, we regret to inform you that we may need to charge a small contribution toward the shipping costs.
