We understand that it can be difficult to fully grasp how a product will look when shopping online. Colors and finishes may differ from what you expect, or you may simply not be entirely satisfied. If there are any defects, please contact us first so we can resolve the issue for you. In the case of contracts between companies, there is no consumer protection or right of withdrawal.
At OzonosStore®, we want you to enjoy your purchase for many years! All of our products are fully guaranteed against defects in materials and/or workmanship. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear from regular use, or any damage resulting from improper use of the item.

If you’ve placed an order with us, we assume you have made a well-considered decision, but we understand if the item doesn’t fully meet your expectations. That’s why we offer you the opportunity to return your product within 14 days of purchase. Only items in new and unused condition, with the original factory packaging, will be accepted for a refund within 14 days of purchase. Refunds will be processed according to the original payment method unless otherwise stated. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Upon successful return, you will receive your purchase amount minus the shipping costs. The return shipping costs are at your own expense. We are not responsible for returns without tracking/confirmation of delivery proving that the package has been received by us. Please ensure you return the items via a traceable method.

If a product is returned and the order no longer qualifies for any “free item or gift with purchase,” these must also be returned or the original represented amount will be charged.
Special orders and bulk purchases are subject to restocking fees upon return. For more information, please contact us. Personalized products, such as those with engravings or special orders, are non-returnable.

Returning Your Product
If you would like to return your product, please contact us. You can do so by phone or email at info@OzonosStore.com. Always include your order number and request for return. After contacting us, we will provide you with our return instructions.

Processing
Once we have received your return package, it will be inspected by our returns department under the following conditions. If your return is approved, we aim to process your refund within 4 working days. In some cases, we reserve the right to extend this period to a maximum of 14 days. You will receive your purchase amount minus the shipping costs back in your account.

Conditions
We are happy to help you with your return, but please note the following conditions. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us, and we’ll do our best to assist you.

  • The product is undamaged and unused.
  • The product is returned in its original packaging, which is unmarked and not severely damaged.
  • The packaging is complete, including plastic wrap, instructions, bags, and foam, etc.
  • The box containing the product in its packaging must be properly sealed with clear tape. Preferably use the box in which you received it.
  • The product being returned must be well-protected to prevent damage during transport.

If your order is received damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please keep the box, all packaging, and the product(s). Contact us immediately via email. Our customer service is available from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM CET.

Refused or Undeliverable Packages
Packages returned to us for any of the following reasons are subject to actual shipping and return costs:

  • Packages undeliverable due to an incorrect address.
  • Packages returned after 3 failed delivery attempts or not collected.
  • Packages refused or returned to the sender.

Cancellations/Changes
If you want to modify your order, please contact us immediately via email at info@ozonosStore.com. We will do our best to accommodate your request; however, if your order has already been processed for shipment, we cannot make any changes.

Order Errors
It is the customer’s responsibility to submit their order correctly. We understand that mistakes can happen, and we will do our best to resolve any issues; however, we cannot guarantee that the correction will be successful before the order is shipped. Common customer errors include: incorrect or reversed addresses, selecting the wrong item, color, or size, or placing duplicate orders.
